Position:-Web Developer

Job description
• Develop new Web applications through packaged and customized applications.
• Perform complete testing of Web applications, unit and system, engaging users if necessary.
• Conduct all user acceptances testing, and report results.
• Coordinate with external parties (Eg. Hosting/Payment gateway/Merchants)
• Design and implement user-driven templates, databases and interfaces for ease of use.
• Develop database-driven Web interfaces for rapid, real-time information sharing.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned based on requirements.

Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in web application development using PHP, MySQL, Linux,
Apache and Cake PHP framework.
• Experience in e-Commerce, payment gateways and CMS based systems.
• Proficient in Internet related applications such as E-Mail clients, FTP clients and Web Browsers.
• Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.

Position:-Creative Writers

Job description
• Gaining a deep understanding of the product, target audience and competitor
activities in the market.
• Exploring different ideas and concepts for both the visual and verbal element.
• Developing and presenting drafts and ideas to Merchants for discussion in advertising including themes and methods.
• Writing speeches, articles, sales letters, bulletins, and other related marketing, informative
and promotional material.
• Inventing names and slogans that appear on brochures, packaging and other promotional
material for products.
• Developing advertising campaigns to determine the best method to present advertising information..
• Other responsibilities may be assigned based on requirements.

Requirements
• Experience in creating promotional materials, direct marketing, web content, press releases etc.
• Advertising and marketing knowledge and skills.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
• Active Social Media person.
• Strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Able to promptly answer support related email, phone calls and other electronic communications.

Position:- Sales Channel Manager

Job description
• Maintain close supervision on the daily functions of the staff, ensuring productivity and checking the quality of the output.
• Develop and implement action plan to meet merchants, gross revenue and net revenue goals, and implement new initiatives.
• Monitor key sales metrics while analyzing trends to provide recommendations for improving performance
• Build strategic accounts to ensure maximum revenue generation on daily
deals
Ensure the maintenance of a working environment that yields productivity
• Oversee planning, organizing and managing of the various activities done within and outside
the Company.
• Gaining a deep understanding of the product, target audience and competitor
activities in the market.
• Manage and be the main point of contact for existing Merchants.
• Manage sales orders and provide status to Merchants and/or manager.
• Communicate masterfully with Merchants on new products and service offerings.
• Work with marketing to drive programs and events to extend the relationships to new prospects.
• Attending and participating in sales meetings, Preparing written presentations, reports, and
price quotations.

Position:-Manager Operations - Immediate Vacancy

Job description
• Managing all aspects and practices of the organization.
• Lead and guide employees towards company goals.
• Discuss with the management and devise any specific goals based on external environment.
• Plan, Execute and Monitor Business, Marketing and Advertising strategies.
• Communicating with Merchants and attract new Deals.
• Interact with walking in Customers.
• Prepare elaborate reports for all business areas.
• Ensure every department/individual is giving their best possible output, and devising and recommending any new policies that are likely to prove beneficial to the goodwill of to the organization.
• Oversee activities directly related to product development and service delivery.
• Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and improvements.

Requirements
• A recognized degree or professional qualification in both IT and Management/Marketing.
• Previous experience in IT/e-Commerce related areas a MUST.
• Flawless communication skills in both written and spoken English.
• Creativity, an industrious attitude and self motivation with absolute attention to detail.
• Independent quick thinking, yet cognitive thinker and a decision maker.
• Ability to work well autonomously as well as part of a team.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in an operational or administrative role.
• Excellent Leadership and Management Skills.
